Calgary’s Residential Rental Association (CRRA) has recognized Boardwalk for the second year in a row for “Best Renovation” of a rental property. This year the winning building is the Broadway Centre community. In 2018 Boardwalk received the same award for its transformation of Centre Pointe West community.
