SNC-Lavalin has signed a five-year contract with BMO Financial Group for facility management services in Canada. The contract comes with two optional one-year terms.

SNC-Lavalin has provided services to BMO’s Canadian retail branches since 2007, when the company signed its first five-year contract with the bank.

The new mandate expands on the original contract to include facility management services for all BMO’s office properties in the country. SNC-Lavalin will be responsible for 1,323 facilities, comprising approximately 9.3 million square feet of floor space.
