The Regina Inn Hotel has reopened as the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina following a multi-million dollar renovation.

Owned and operated by SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, the hotel is located in downtown Regina, approximately six kilometres away from the city’s airport.

“As the city and provincial capital continues its growth in the telecommunications, agriculture, oil and natural gas industries, Regina has seen a heightened need for first-rate accommodations and conference facilities,” says Steve Giblin, president and CEO of SilverBirch.

The hotel underwent a major 10-month renovation, which included a total refurbishment of its 235 guest rooms and 18,000 square feet of conference space, as well as the addition of a new restaurant. The redesigned conference centre has 11 rooms, and also features 400-person capacity ballroom. The new restaurant, Wild Sage Kitchen & Bar, specializes in farm-to-table food while incorporating regional flavours.
