Construction has begun at Killam Properties’ Saginaw Gardens, a new luxury apartment in Cambridge, Ont.

Slated for completion in early 2015, the apartment is in close proximity to walking trails, schools, restaurants and Highway 401. The seven-storey building will feature 122 open-concept units equipped with en-suite laundry facilities, balconies and air conditioning.

Future residents will have access to a multi-purpose lounge, fitness facility, underground parking, two outdoor terraces and a games room.

Hip Developments & Melloul Blamey Construction, one of Canada’s largest construction firms, is assisting in the development of the project.
