Yardi announced it has expanded RentCafe Renter Essentials in Canada through a strategic partnership with APOLLO Insurance, allowing residents to purchase or upload tenant insurance directly within the RentCafe leasing workflow. Yardi says the integration enhances resident financial well‑being and gives property managers a streamlined, real‑time view of insurance compliance across their portfolios.

RentCafe Renter Essentials is a collection of products and services required by residents throughout their tenancy, delivered by Yardi or through select partners. With the APOLLO Insurance integration, residents can now upload proof of insurance or purchase a policy without leaving the RentCafe environment.

For property managers using Yardi Voyager, the integration provides a centralized, real‑time dashboard showing insurance status across units and buildings. This improves risk management, simplifies compliance tracking and supports more efficient leasing operations.
