Pure Multi-Family REIT has acquired a 560-unit multi-family apartment community in Texas. The Canadian-based company purchased Vistas at Hackberry Creek for $45.4 million US.
“We are excited with (this) acquisition as we continue to increase our stake in one of the strongest economies in the U.S. today,” says Stephen Evans, CEO of Pure Multi-Family REIT.
Located near three major highways and a light rail transit line in Las Colinas, a suburb of Dallas, Hackberry Creek consists of more than 435,000 square feet of residential premises located in 54 buildings on a 24.6 acre site. The luxury property recently completed an extensive interior and exterior upgrade program.
