Located in the centre of downtown Toronto, Motion represents the largest assured rental housing project Concert Properties has undertaken to date. The 29-storey building at the corner of Bay and Dundas Streets is ideally situated, just steps from the Eaton Centre and the subway system.

Motion will open its doors to first residents this spring. In total, it will offer 463 air-conditioned apartments in a variety of layouts – from studio suites to two-bedroom plus den homes – all with modern finishes and energy-efficient appliances, including dishwasher and in-suite laundry. Environmental sustainability was top of mind in designing Motion, which will target the highest level of the Toronto Green Standards (Tier 2) in addition to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certification.

Between Vancouver, Victoria and Toronto, Concert currently has more than 1,400 rental and condominium homes under construction.
