The Edmonton Arena District (EAD), a joint venture project between Katz Group and WAM Development Group, will have Delta Hotels and Resorts (Delta) as its hotel partner. Scheduled to open in early 2018, the new Delta Edmonton hotel will be the area’s first newly constructed, four-star hotel in over 30 years.

This partnership with Delta offers our visitors an upscale and modern place to stay that reflects this world class destination.”

The hotel, a 26-storey tower with private condominiums, will feature 362 guest rooms and suites. Amenities will include a luxury pool, outdoor terrace, large fitness facilities and 24,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting and conference space. Visitors will also have access to an outdoor area overlooking the EAD’s public plaza.

Construction of the main hotel tower is scheduled to commence in fall 2015.
