Would a property management company benefit more from building a mobile website or creating a native app? 

If the goal is to get a mobile strategy out quickly and have it behave somewhat similar to a company’s main website, then a mobile website may be the better route to take. But if the goal is to build that ‘wow’ factor for the company, then building a native app that taps into the feature set of the smartphone to enhance the user experience is the best choice.

Decide what the company wants to achieve, look at the budget and the answer will be more obvious. One thing is for certain – going mobile in some capacity is the right choice for any business as it’s no longer an option but a necessity.
