C Hôtels Tremblant is investing approximately $45 million in a new luxury hotel and condominium complex to be located at the foot of Versant Soleil in Mont-Tremblant, Que. Unit sales were recently announced by Engel & Völkers.

The unique project with hotel management will be located just steps away from the chairlift, next to a private lake and Casino de Mont-Tremblant. The project’s location at the bottom of the hill allows access to the pedestrian village on the South Side and mountain year-round, whether by chairlift in the winter, or the hiking and mountain bike trails in the warmer months.

“Real estate development on the South Side has been consolidated, allowing us to now turn to Versant Soleil for a project of this scale,” said Patrice Malo, Station Mont Tremblant president and CEO, in a press release. “We are seeing a surge of interest for real estate investment in Tremblant and this announcement is great news for the resort.”

“With an easy and quick access to the lift, a lakefront spa and an exceptional view of the mountain, this new location is perfectly aligned with our mission to offer a distinctive experience in unique locations throughout the province of Quebec,” added Véronique Gaudreault, vice-president of operations at C Hôtels. “Our complete and upscale hotel services will handle all the details, including reception, concierge services and room maintenance, to offer peace of mind to owners and visitors alike.”

The five-storey contemporary-style complex will house 92 condo units that span from one to three bedrooms. The project will also feature a restaurant, an outdoor pool, underground parking with reserved spots for electric vehicles, a fitness centre and indoor water spa.
