Lance Cumberbatch, director, investigation services, City of Toronto provides an update on the City’s Multi-Residential Apartment Building (MRAB) Audit and Enforcement program. Launched in December 2008, the program inspects approximately 200 buildings a year, and allows the City to prosecute landlords who fail to comply with work orders.
