Devimco Immobilier and partners have joined to develop MAESTRIA, the largest mixed-use real estate project in Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles.

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Cogir Real Estate announced that they are partnering on a new rental residential project, called UniCité, located on Molson Street in Montréal.
