The historic Palace Arms Hotel on King Street West will soon be redeveloped into a mixed-use residential development featuring market rental and affordable units.

Slate Asset Management and Carlyle Communities announced they have sold their three-acre site at Dawes Road in Toronto to Fitzrovia Real Estate.
