Tuesday, March 29, 2016

CF Masonville Place in London, Ontario will open doors on a $77 million redevelopment this coming November.

The upgrade will usher in new retailers and dining options in what will be a two-level expansion into the former Sears store. Some include, Zara, H&M, Sport Check, Atmosphere, Hot Topic and the Disney Store.

Redevelopment has begun with new stores—Sephora, Ivivva, Lush and Saje —already setting up shop. Meanwhile, construction plans are unfolding for a visible centre court staircase and the installation of quality building materials, such as Italian porcelain tile, stainless steel and glass guardrails.

“This investment marks the single largest renovation of CF Masonville Place since opening in 1985,” said Finley McEwen, senior vice-president of development at Cadillac Fairview. “This redevelopment reaffirms our dedication to providing a premium shopping experience for our local and greater London area consumers, and our commitment to investing in the City of London.”

Like its other shopping destinations, CF will infuse Masonville Place with digital improvements like access to upgraded Wi-Fi, mobile charging stations throughout the centre and CF SHOP! TEXT, a text-message-based concierge service which offers shopping tips.
