The 30 & 44 Zorra Street development, which is set to rise at The Queensway and Islington Ave. in Etobicoke, only 10 minutes away from downtown Toronto by car, and 15 minutes from Pearson International. The Zorra Street development will rise 35 storeys and span 340,000 square feet of gross residential floor area, offering residents units in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations.
