The City of Surrey has hit a major milestone, cutting residential building permit timelines by 75 per cent.

Surrey has approved exemptions for apartment buildings up to six stories and commercial/office buildings up to three stories from requiring Advisory Design Panel (ADP) review.

The City of Vancouver announced its full commitment to aligning itself with the province’s recently unveiled housing targets.

It comes as no surprise that traffic in urban areas is becoming more congested every year and everyone blames the new developments.
