Starlight Investments announced it has completed the acquisition of a 44-building concrete, multi-residential, high-rise GTA portfolio for a purchase price of $1.735 billion.

Continuum REIT, an affiliate of Q Management LP, announced that it has sold Starlight Investments its GTA multi-residential portfolio for a gross purchase price of $1.732 billion.

Starlight U.S. Multi-Family announced it has acquired a 50 per cent interest in a 250-unit, garden style property known as Coventry Pointe, in Atlanta, Georgia.
