Canada’s industrial market posted nearly 6.9 million square feet of positive absorption in a year when 23 million square feet of new inventory arrived.

Nearly 35.5 million square feet of new industrial supply came onto the market across 15 Canadian regions in 2024, as the year saw negative absorption and a climbing national vacancy rate.
