Trio at Atria is the new condo development by Tridel currently in pre-constuction on Sheppard Avenue, east of Highway 404 in North York, Ont. The condominium will be 23-storeys high with a total of 337 units. It’s estimated completion date is spring 2016.

The site will be conveniently located along the future Sheppard Avenue LRT line that will include a stop directly beside Trio, and will continue westbound underground to meet the subway connection at Don Mills station.

The glass building will offer an opulent central lobby, a variety of amenities and “smartly designed” suites with premium stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, designer-inspired bathrooms, wide-plank flooring and a host of green features and finishes.

Registration is now underway for the upcoming preview in early 2013. Registrants will receive an invitation by e-mail to preview suite designs and purchase ahead of the grand opening.
