Terry Barker joins Perkins+Will

Terry Barker has joined Perkins+Will in the firm-wide role of director of major projects. He will be responsible for developing client relationships and providing advisory and management services globally to the firm’s large and complex projects. With expertise in public private partnerships, design/build, and integrated project delivery, Terry will broaden Perkins+Will’s ability to manage projects with these alternative delivery methods.

Terry, based in the Vancouver office, has more than 30 years of experience working on large scale complex projects globally, including major social infrastructure projects in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Notable projects include the Royal Salford, a £210M hospital in England; Centre for Addiction and Mental Health/Phase 1B Redevelopment, a $293M project in Toronto; Forensic Services and Coroner’s Complex, a $360M project in Toronto; and the $300M Fort St. John Hospital and Residential Care project in Northern British Columbia.
