Victoria Landreville, a property manager with PMco in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is the 2026 recipient of BOMI Education Canada’s Vyetta Sunderland Scholarship. The annual bursary is awarded to a junior level employee who is pursuing professional accreditation to augment a career in property or facilities management.

Landreville began working in the commercial real estate sector in 2023, and joined PMCo last year. She is currently working toward the Property Administrator Certification (PAC) to round out on-the-job experience in leasing, operations, financial oversight and tenant relations.

“I am confident that the PAC certification will strengthen my expertise, provide valuable new perspectives and help me make an even greater impact on the properties, teams and communities I serve,” Landreville says. “I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to applying what I learn through the program to drive meaningful results.”

The scholarship’s name honours the legacy of an eminent contributor who formerly served as chair of BOMI Canada and BOMI International and is, additionally, a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Calgary.
