The Northern Regional Construction Association (NRCA) announced the winners of the 2025 Constructing Excellence Awards. These awards celebrate outstanding achievements and contributions within the construction industry, recognizing excellence in leadership, innovation, safety, and community impact across Northern BC.

The winners were honoured during the annual Constructing Excellence Awards Gala held at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre where industry professionals gathered to celebrate the exceptional accomplishments of their peers.

Houle Electric took home three awards for Employer of the Year, along with the Safety Excellence Award, and the Electrical Contractor of the Year (Over $2 Million) for our work at Ksyen Regional Hospital.
