The Ogilvy Warehouse Condominiums, a 54-unit loft-style development, will open in downtown Montreal in 2016. The project, which will renovate and convert the existing century-old Ogilvy Warehouse, will feature luxury one- to two-storey condominiums ranging from 575 to 1,730 square feet.
Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, the condominiums are situated close the Lucien-L’Allier metro and train station, Concordia University and the Ville-Marie Highway. Building amenities will include a 3,200 square foot interior courtyard, gym, and a rooftop terrace with shallow pool and outdoor fireplace.
Individual units will be divided into 22 different models. Future residents can choose from a loft-style condominium, penthouse or townhouse. All units will feature nine to 11 foot high ceilings, balconies, bathrooms with freestanding baths and showers, air conditioning, stone countertops, engineered wooden flooring, ceramic tile and electric heating. Multi-level units will include open stairways.
Exposed structures from the original warehouse will be highlighted throughout the building.
