MOD Developments Inc.’s Massey Tower was the big winner at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association’s (OHBA) Awards of Distinction.
The 60-storey condo development, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, received accolades in four categories: Most Outstanding Highrise Building (11-plus storeys); Best New Homes Sales Office (1501 square feet and over); Best High or Mid-Rise Project Sales Brochure; and Project of the Year (High or Mid-Rise). The OHBA honoured projects in 34 categories at this year’s awards ceremony. Other big winners included Great Gulf’s King Oaks development and Rosehaven Homes Ltd.’s Randall Residences, receiving three awards and two awards, respectively. Located north of Toronto, the King Oaks project is a 75-home development located on the protected 470,000 acre land of Oak Ridges Moraine. Randall Residences in Oakville is a boutique four-storey condominium featuring 36 one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites.
