Tuesday, May 9, 2023

EMBLEM Developments will launch a new 43-storey luxury residential community in Corktown at 250 King Street East in Toronto.

ALLURE, as its called, will rise with 509 premium units and a retail podium that is curated for residents. A mix of 9,950 square feet of indoor and 8,223 square feet of outdoor hotel-inspired amenities is being planned. Arcadis IBI Group is designing the condo, with sleek neutral interiors by Burdifilek—a firm known for working with the W Hotel and Holt Renfrew.

Designer Janice Rosenberg and Rolls Royce will also collaborate on the project. Developers are rolling out an exclusive Rolls-Royce Chauffeur service for residents.

The community will also connect over an innovative smart building automation technology, combined with a 24-hour concierge service. A cycle studio, health and wellness spa, private screening room, co-working lounges and children’s play areas are just a few other features.

“These kind of buildings are rare and feel special from the time they are conceived all the way to the premium they fetch compared to others when sold in the resale market,” said Kash Pashootan, EMBLEM Development’s founder and CEO.
