At this year’s Interior Design Show West (IDSWest), a 516-square-foot custom laneway home will showcase a sophisticated, contemporary take on small space living and provide an opportunity to address current and future housing challenges.

Built by Alair Homes and designed by Gaile Guevara and her team at Modern604, the laneway home will be auctioned off live during the show, with all net proceeds going to the Alzheimer Society of B.C.

Now in its ninth year, IDSWest takes place Sept. 19 – 22 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West in downtown Vancouver.
