Deb Group has appointed Mike Flagg as new chief executive officer in North America.

Flagg will oversee Deb Group’s North American business and the delivery of its planned growth strategy from the company’s North America headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He joins the company via Kimberly-Clark, where he held leadership roles in finance, logistics, marketing and innovaton.

He has also served as vice-president of Kimberly-Clark Professional for North America and vice-president of Kimberly-Clark’s Global Industrial business.
