McElhanney announced a new and expanded executive leadership team to support continued strong growth, enhance client service delivery, and advance the firm’s commitment to innovation.

The expanded roles of the executive team are also a part of the firm’s succession planning and include:
- Dave Ellis, Vice President, Transportation & Transit.
- Greg Poznikoff, Vice President, Northern & Interior British Columbia.
- Mandeep Deol, Vice President, Vancouver Region.
- Matt Forsyth, Vice President, Operational Excellence.
- Santino Pirillo, Executive Vice President, Operations.
- Stewart Smith, Vice President, Prairies North.
- Terry Tommason, Executive Vice President, Operations.
New executives to the firm this year are:
- Darcy Chattell: Vice President, People & Culture.
- Virginia Cullen: Vice President, Cities & Communities.
- John Lilleyman: Chief Technology Officer.
- Jessica Jacobs-Mino: Vice President, Marketing & Strategic Pursuits.
