The Primecorp Group of Companies is pleased to announce that its National Multi-Residential Investment Sales Group led by Aik Aliferis and Sam Firestone, has successfully completed the sale of a 23-property, 1,685 unit multi-family portfolio in Windsor, Ontario.

Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it has entered into an agreement with a private REIT to sell its Windsor Portfolio for a total price of $136.2 million.

Improvements to the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel Canadian Plaza are officially complete, thanks to a joint investment of $35-million from the Governments of Canada and Ontario. The completion concludes a series of construction projects announced under the Let's Get Windsor-Essex Moving (LGWEM) strategy in 2004.
