Condominium construction starts in the GTA reached a record 7,981 units in Q2-2018, according to Urbanation Inc.’s recent quarterly condo market results.

The TREB reports the average selling price for condominium apartments in the Greater Toronto Area has increased by 5.4 per cent year-over-year to $561,338.

Multi-suite residential properties are in demand in the second quarter, with transaction volumes growing by 17.5% year-over-year.
