Real estate owner, developer, and management company, Strategic Group, has appointed Robert Baldauf to vice-president of corporate development.

“I am delighted to welcome Robert to our organization” says CEO Riaz Mamdani. “This is an exciting time for Strategic Group and we are happy to have someone of Robert’s calibre join our team.”

Baldauf, who has more than 20 years experience in consulting and private industry, will be responsible for leading the private equity and venture capital division of Strategic Group.

He was previously vice-president of business development at CastleRock Research Corp.

Strategic Group is also an investment company with interests found in major industries throughout North America. With offices in Calgary and Edmonton, Strategic Group employs more than 300 staff members and has more than $1 billion in assets.
