QuadReal Property Group expands executive team

QuadReal Property Group has added three new senior appointments to its eight-member executive team to help drive corporate and investment strategy.

Roger J. Chouinard, chief legal officer and corporate secretary and Garry P. Herdler, chief financial officer join Dennis Lopez, chief executive officer as the most recent additions to the QuadReal executive team. The executive team’s formation comes a year after QuadReal was created to manage and grow bcIMC’s $24.5 billion global real estate portfolio.

“Over the past year, we have attracted an accomplished group of proven industry leaders with experience and expertise in all our key markets – Canada, the US, Europe and Asia Pacific,” said Paul Cantor, board chair, QuadReal. “With our full executive team in place, we will deliver on our commitments to provide peerless service to tenants and residents, best-in-class investment and development partnerships, and a workplace that inspires and rewards employee excellence.”

The executive team also includes the following executives who have been with QuadReal since launch: Steve Barnett, chief operating officer; Remco Daal, president, Canadian Real Estate; Jonathan Dubois-Phillips, president, International Real Estate; Diane MacDiarmid, chief talent officer; and Susan L. MacLaurin, EVP, corporate communications.
