A Montreal development known as Lowney sur Ville has entered its third of four phases. The latest phase will add to the Griffintown area development an eight-storey, 70-unit building containing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms as well as studios, or micro-condos, measuring as small as 267 square feet.
Located on Shannon Street, between Ottawa and Wellington streets, the Lowney sur Ville condominium community will give all of its residents access to amenities including:
- A 5,500-square-foot fitness facility featuring an indoor pool and a hot tub, steam room and sauna;
- Rooftop terraces;
- A green roof;
- Barbecue areas; and
- An urban chalet overlooking Montreal.
Residential real estate developer Prével is constructing each phase of Lowney sur Ville, including two 20-storey towers. Other major Prével projects in Montreal include Lowney, Loft Impérial and Le Seville.
