Knight Frank has been appointed by Westbank Corporation as joint sales agent with Savills to launch Kensington Gardens. Located in southeast Vancouver, Kensington Gardens is an integrated urban community comprised of three unique residential towers, a collection of townhouses and a residential podium, linked by an elevated landscaped courtyard, a new park and plaza.

Designed by Vancouver’s Henriquez Partners Architects and developed by Westbank, Kensington Gardens is located on a 2.3-acre site that was previously a Canadian Tire store. It’s currently in preconstruction at 2220 Kingsway.

Kensington Gardens will be launched into the Hong Kong market first before it goes on sale in Vancouver and the Canadian market on November 23.
