Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Carl Fransen as the new senior vice-president of the firm’s project and development services team, based in Calgary.

Fransen will provide clients across Alberta with project management services for construction and renovation projects, including the management of construction budgets and schedules, and construction team management.

“Carl’s wide-ranging experience in project and construction management will be a huge benefit to the firm and its clients,” says John Rosato, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle. “(He) brings an essential component and important skillset to our growing business in Calgary.”

During his 25-year career, Fransen has covered all aspects of construction and project management, from strategic planning and marketing to financial planning and overseeing design teams.

Fransen joins Jones Lang LaSalle from CresaPartners in Calgary, where he was principal and senior project manager.
