Graeme Scott, a senior principal at Halsall, has assumed a new position within the firm. Scott will now serve as a project principal and technical lead on building envelope restoration and new construction projects nationally.

Scott has relocated from Vancouver to Toronto, to join the restoration and cladding engineering team. He has 22 years experience providing advice to asset managers, developers and designers on building envelope and structural systems.

“By drawing on his expertise in structural and building envelope design, Graeme will enable our firm to help more clients meet their restoration goals,” says Bill Sullivan, business manager for Halsall’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) restoration team. “When designing or repairing a building, Graeme focuses on long-term considerations, while upholding the owner’s vision and objectives.”

Scott has an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo and a master’s of engineering degree in building science and structures from the University of Toronto. He is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia, and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional.
