DTZ, a UGL company, has appointed Todd Richardson to senior vice-president, business development, of its Americas facilities management business unit.
The business unit accounts for $1 billion of annual gross revenue in both the U.S. and Canada.
“Todd will be tasked with significantly expanding our Americas facilities business, and driving transformational and complex facility solutions to our largest clients who demand innovation, technology and global subject matter expertise,” says George Keches, DTZ’s global president of facilities management.
Richardson’s duties include providing full-service facility management, transaction, project management and “end to end” delivery model solutions to clients in both the private and public sectors.
Richardson graduated from the University of Southern California, with a bachelor of science degree in business and finance. He has worked in the property services industry for 20 years. His most recent position was senior vice-president of integrated facility management sales for ABM Industries.
