Avison Young has hired Craig Bradshaw to launch the firm’s new Vancouver property management service.

In his role of vice-president of property management, B.C., Bradshaw will direct the growth of the firm’s property management business coverage in Vancouver and throughout the province. He will be responsible for recruiting professionals to build the team.

“Craig is among the elite property management executives in Canada and a true industry leader. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him lead the building of our property management team in British Columbia,” says Michael Keenan, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s Vancouver office.

Bradshaw has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the delivery of third-party commercial property management services. For two-and-a-half years, he was vice-president of business development, Western Canada, for Arcturus Realty. He also worked at Colliers International for 14 years.

“The addition of property management services through Craig’s hiring will enable our Vancouver operations to provide a service that our clients have been asking for,” Keenan says. “Through Craig’s leadership, we will create a full-service offering that will enable our local, national and international clients to meet their business and real estate objectives.
