360 Vox Corporation has acquired a 65.15 per cent interest in the holding company for Dalmi’s Clearpoint Resort in Cavtat, Croatia.

The master-planned resort is located on more than 100,000 square metres of property in Cavtat. Through the acquisition of interest in Clearpoint Resort Limited Malta, 360 Vox has acquired controlling interest in the resort.

“The remarkable beauty of this region, combined with the emergence of Croatia as a new member of the European Union, make Cavtat a perfect location for our next European development,” says CEO Robin Conners.

The development will contain a hotel, marina and residential development. It will be made up of a mix of private apartments, townhomes and luxury villas.

Under the new shareholders agreement, 360 Vox will manage the development, operations and construction of Clearpoint, as well as the co-ordination of sales and marketing of the resort.
