Two buildings of the nine-building Les Haltes du Roi condo project in Trois-Rivieres, Que., are now complete.
Each building contains six 1,625-square-foot units, all of which feature:
- Two balconies overlooking the St. Lawrence River and Lac Saint-Pierre
- Nine-foot ceilings
- Secure intercom access
Building amenities include storage, indoor parking and elevators. The development is also located near bike paths and hiking trails.
The Trois-Rivieres condo is a joint project between Construction René Courchesne and the Fonds Immobilier de Solidarité FTQ.
“What visitors and new owners especially like is the tranquility of living near the water,” says René Courchesne, president of Construction René Courchesne. “This development meets a real demand, namely, buyers looking for large units in a low-density complex with excellent sound-proofing and plenty of storage space, not to mention indoor parking and elevators.”
The new development will contribute to the region’s economic growth and will also help to create 100 jobs.
