Toronto area building owners/managers continue to register their commitment and make gains in energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through participation in the Commercial Real Estate Sustainability Trailblazers (CREST) awards program. Recently announced 2026 winners are drawn from more than 5,400 enrollees in the annual challenge and awards program that the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Toronto sponsors to recognize top performers in emissions reduction and sustainable outcomes.

“As the commercial real estate industry pursues sustainable practices and carbon reduction, it’s vital to recognize those leading the way. We celebrate the achievements of our CREST Award finalists and winners, trailblazers in energy efficiency and sustainability,” says Susan Allen, BOMA Toronto’s president and chief executive officer. “Through innovation and collaboration, we can all drive meaningful environmental progress.”
