Dave Baspaly is the new president of the Council of Construction Associations (COCA).

Baspaly formerly ran a consulting business and was the CEO of the B.C. Common Ground Alliance, CEO of the Vancouver Division of Family Practice, and director of the Canadian Association of Management Consultant.

Baspaly has replaced Grant McMillan, who is retiring after serving as president since the organization was founded in 1992.

The umbrella organization represents the interests of 16 construction associations in B.C., with membership from a broad cross section of the industry.
