Construction is officially underway on 1 Market Square, the inaugural condo tower in the Inlet District community in Port Moody.

The 27-storey building will bring 299 new homes to the city as well as a grocery store and daycare. Units will be a  mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 381 to 1,034 square feet.

Interiors feature wide-plank laminate flooring, quartz countertops, induction cooktops, blackout blinds in bedrooms, and energy-efficient heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Inlet District residents will also have access to The Well, a 27,000-square-foot central amenity space featuring an expansive gym, yoga studio, pools, sports courts and a synthetic ice rink as well as a co-working space, music bar with vinyl library, adults’ and kids’ lounges, and cinema.
