Benjamin Moore has named Breath of Fresh Air as their 2014 Colour of the Year.

The colour, number 806, is an ethereal shade of blue described as a new neutral.

Accoding to creative director Ellen O’Neill, the blue was chosen for its harmonious, versatile qualities.

The Colour of the Year and Colour Trends 2014 palette includes 24 hues inspired by pastel trends throughout the home furnishing, fashion and pop culture industries.
