Wednesday, August 28, 2013

Construction has begun on Manulife Real Estate’s 980 Howe St., a 16-storey, 250,000-square-foot office building in downtown Vancouver.

Designed by CEI Architecture and Endall Elliot Associates, 980 Howe St. will be a state-of-the-art, class-A, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certified office building.

International engineering consulting firm, BGC, has been secured as the lead tenant and will occupy four floors of the building.

The Vancouver office of Pivotal Projects is managing the project. EllisDon is the general contractor.

Completion is set for spring 2015.
