Wales McLelland has been selected by the Dayhu Group to commence construction on Phase I of 900,000 square feet of prime commercial real estate in Boundary Bay, B.C.

Boundary Bay Industrial Park is a next generation distribution centre, with greater than average ceiling heights of 36-feet that provide significantly more storage volume for large-scale users.

Boundary Bay is located on the Canada-U.S. border in the municipality of Delta, B.C. The area is currently utilized by the Boundary Bay Airport, with companies such as Heli-One as tenants.

Construction on the new $25-million distribution centre has commenced. Completion is expected in early 2014.
