The Daniels Corp. has achieved 300 firm sales on 363 of its One Park Place condominium suites in Toronto’s revitalized Regent Park.
“Such brisk sales in the second phase of the Regent Park revitalization, now under construction, proves that a great condo in a great neighbourhood at the right price will draw buyers, whatever the market conditions,” says Daniels Corp. vice-president, Martin Blake. “And seeing the project being built gives our buyers confidence (that) their home will be delivered on time, as promised.”
What’s the Daniels Corp.’s recipe for such success?
“A (commitment to) a combination of stringent standards for building, and customer service and innovation programs designed to help buyers become homeowners,” says Blake.
As an example, the company’s First Home Boost program is one of the Greater Toronto Area’s strongest first-time buyer programs, providing qualified purchasers with valuable down payment assistance.

With the recent opening of Daniels Spectrum, a 60,000-square-foot cultural hub, the Paintbox Bistro and the Regional Aquatic Centre, Regent Park is quickly becoming one of the city’s most desirable addresses.
The third phase of the project has been unveiled. With state-of-the-art sports facilities such as a new soccer field, basketball court and improved ice rink, it has given neighbourhood residents a new recreation space that will be run by a community agency.
