Tour des Canadiens gains two additional floors
Cadillac Fairview Corp. Ltd., Candarel, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and the Club de hockey Canadien recently announced the addition of two floors to the Tour des Canadiens condo building. Fourth quarter condo market report
Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Realtors recently released its fourth quarter condo market report, recording 3,830 condominium apartment sales through the Toronto MLS system during the fourth quarter of 2012. The number represented a decline of 23 per cent compared to the same period in 2011, which saw 5,005 sales.
