Avison Young has announced that real estate veteran Toivo Heinsaar has joined the company as senior vice-president of valuation and advisory services for Ontario. Heinsaar will work out of the company’s global headquarters in downtown Toronto, serving clients in Ontario and throughout Canada.

Heinsaar’s resume includes stints at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in single-asset valuation, appraisal review and transaction support.
