Fronsac REIT has acquired 50 per cent interest in a Quebec real estate project.

The Louisville project, which will be developed on a parcel of land approximately 120,000 square feet in size, is located off of Highway 40. The project, which includes a gas station and fast food restaurant.

Total investments in the site equal almost $3 billion.

Fronsac has the option to acquire 50 per cent of the subsequent development phases. There is an area of approximately 160,000 square feet left to be developed on the site.

Construction on the site will be wrapping up shortly.
